Jordan founded Anders Consulting LLC after helping take Henry Ford Allegiance live as the second organization in the nation on Epic Wisdom. Since then he has led Wisdom implementations and dental conversions for academic medical centers, FQHCs, and health systems—including Cleveland Clinic, UCSF, MUSC, VCU, and Community Connect programs.
The work is hands-on. He configures Wisdom build (EAP, treatment templates, risk assessments, consents, lab workflows, notes), translates clinical requirements into reports and dashboards, and writes conversion software so anatomy, findings, procedures, and periodontal exams can be processed without one-off spreadsheet work. After the first conversion—done manually in Excel and VB—he built reusable tooling to process millions of rows into Chronicles-formatted import specifications.
He documents decisions, current- and future-state workflows, and conversion playbooks so organizations keep the knowledge after go-live. FTEs from prior assignments are encouraged to stay in contact when they need a reminder of how or why build was completed.
How I work
A small set of operating rules
Technically hands-on. Outcome focused. Direct with providers and analysts. Mentors FTEs through 1:1 support during the project and after go-live. Prefers reusable conversion software over disposable scripts. Clinical accuracy is non-negotiable. Documents decisions so the organization can repeat the work when it acquires another practice.

Specifications are not a substitute for reading the data. Jordan still writes, reviews, and troubleshoots the conversion work.
Outcome focused
The deliverable is not a slide. It is mapped, validated data and a program that can get through testing and go-live.
Direct communication
CIOs, IT directors, Epic leads, and conversion teams get a clear account of risk, quality, and what still has to be proven.
Reusable engineering
Prefer methods, mappings, and tooling that survive the next source system—not a one-off script that only the author can run.
Clinical accuracy
Dental and ambulatory data have meaning. Conversion is not finished when the row counts match.
Validation and scale
Technical validation, clinical validation support, reconciliation, and delta strategy are part of the same design.
